Chase and Keegan were incredibly helpful at G-Pro. Chase recommended several racket brands for me to try to help with my chronic tennis elbow, and I was able to demo different rackets for a month. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process and always received thoughtful, knowledgeable advice. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I've been going to this location since I've been living in Mandarin for 7 to 8 years And I've always been greeted with kindness and curiosity. They really have all that you need when it comes to tennis gear: shoes, strings, rackets, balls, bags, clothing, various other accessories for the racket, etc. They also can string and regrip your rackets here for $25 which isn't too bad. I recently was going a few times over the last couple weeks because they let me demo a couple of rackets since I was in the market for replacing my current one. They give you 10 days to demo and if you still want to go demo more you just bring them back within those 10 days and recheck out more if you so desire. I did finally end up picking a racket which I really like and I will continue going to this place to get it restrung and regripped in the future. The people here are always wonderful and helpful and I truly appreciate that.

Go Pro Mandarin has been my go-to shop for tennis needs since I got back into playing regularly in 2019. Whatever I've wanted to look into, like trying out different brands of racquets, shoes, or strings, they've been knowledgeable and helpful. They've even transferred things like demo racquets and a ball hopper I wanted to buy from the other Go Pro location with minimal wait time. I get my racquets restrung every 2 or 3 months, and I'm always impressed at how well they're strung. A few years ago I wanted to try out hybrid strings vs the multifilaments I'd been using for a long time, and I'm quite happy with what they recommended. Go Pro also has a great selection of kids' racquets and clothing. My kiddo loves getting a new vibration dampener when we visit. It's always great to chat with whoever might be working that day, but I want to give special recognition to Kylie for her help over the years. She's the best! If you're a tennis player, Go Pro should be your first stop for most anything tennis related.

Thank you for good service and sport products. I'm really love my new racket. My tennis friends decided that I take private lessons from a coach, and this is just a good racket.
